One America News

When people think of conservative news, the Fox News Channel comes to mind. It’s number one so it should. However, there are other live streaming conservative news options and one of them is One America News.

One America News or OAN is owned by Herring Networks, Inc and was formed on March 14, 2013. Herring Networks, Inc is a family owned and operated independent video programming company.

In this blog post, we answer the question, what’s the cheapest way to get the One America News Network.

KlowdTV Offers The Cheapest Way

Most people haven’t heard of KlowdTV. However, this service provides a bare bones package of channels and gives you the cheapest way to live stream One America News.

Monthly Cost

Depending on the channel lineup, the service offers 4 streaming packages ranging from free to $9.99/month. However, this blog post is concerned with the cheapest way and KlowdTV offers a plan called Worldwide for $4.99/month. You can also opt to pay the entire year, which is $58.99.

Worldwide Channel LineUp

One America News Worldwide Package for $4.99/month

With this package, you get a total of 8 channels. The channels are One America News, One America Encore, A Wealth of Entertainment, Russia Today, Russia Today Espanol, Russia Today Documentary, Info Wars and One America News World Events.

Internet Connection

It’s recommended you have at least a 5 to 10 mbps internet connection to live stream because most of the channels stream in 1080p or 720p HD.

Supported Devices

Like many of the streaming services, KlowdTV gives you the option to stream on popular devices including:

  • Mac and PC browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer 9+)
  • Most Android devices 4.1 and higher & iOS devices (iPhone and iPad)
  • New AppleTV, Roku, Chromecast, & Amazon FireTV

Not Your Standard DVR

But unlike other streaming services, KlowdTV does not offer standard DVR where you can schedule and save recordings. However, it does offer “Jump Back” DVR.

“Jump Back” DVR means the content is recorded as it airs. However, this recording is stored within KlowdTV’s system and not your own.

After the content airs, you are able to view it using the “Jump Back” feature. To do this within the guide, click on the date and select an earlier date. The guide will then reload earlier content at which point you can click on the show’s “Watch” button. After 14 days, the content is automatically removed.

KlowdTV Streaming Box

If you don’t have a compatible TV, KlowdTV does offer a HD or 4K streaming box. The box allows you to watch One America News Network and live TV without a cable provider. It comes with Hulu, Netflix, YouTube and Amazon pre-installed.

To install the OAN channel on your Roku, you will need to subscribe through the Roku Channel Store.

Unlike other subscription channels available on multiple devices, One America News does not provide a way to log into their Roku channel using a subscription purchased through a different source.

Once downloaded, the One America News Roku channel also includes a live “Capitol Cam.” This is a stationary camera focused on the US Capitol Building with no audio.

  1. I would get the OAN network absolutely. The thing is that I have a Fire stick and wouldn’t want to pay extra to have it. So I guess I’ll limited to Fox News for information. I have heard that OAN is really good though.
